They're changing the form to make allowances for the growing legal acceptance of mare-uh-joo-ahna.

Looks like the new form isn't on the BATFE web site yet. I just looked. The version they have is the 2012 version.

Actually, it doesn't make allowances. It specifically says that an unlawful user (under federal law) or addict of marijuana is still barred from purchasing firearms.
