North Korean Dog Confiscation
« on: August 17, 2020, 08:19:16 PM »
The midget is confiscating dogs in North Korea. I'm going with the "food shortage" theory. Or maybe a dog bit him, and he's just out for revenge now.

What comes after Soylent Green?
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.

Maybe he's confused as to what hush puppies really are.

Also, North Korean Dog Confiscation is a great band name.

Maybe a dog once bit his sister?

Quote
Kim issued the directive in July to round up the pets, claiming they were part of “a ‘tainted’ trend by bourgeouis ideology,’’ a source told the English edition of Chosun Ilbo, a South Korean newspaper.

“Ordinary people raise pigs and livestock on their porches, but high-ranking officials and the wealthy own pet dogs, which stoked some resentment’’ among the lower classes, the source said.

So he is just punishing the upitty types for having too much luxury.

I would have thought the lower classes might be resentful of him being fat.

I'm still betting there's more to it than his overt explanation. He doesn't give a *expletive deleted*it about NK peasants.

This reminds me of the Chinese seizing and killing pet dogs to "clean up" the streets to help them get the Olympics some years ago.
