R.I.P. Scout26
I'm not sure I want a gun where if I index my finger along the trigger guard it might cover the muzzle.
Look at it this way: you would probably only do it once.
Would or could?
Well, sort of. http://www.amderringer.com/lms.html is as close as I'm probably going to come, and it's a 2 month wait while they bang on hammers to make the metal look more like a pistol than a brick. I've not seen one in the fancy auctions recently, so the real ones are probably sitting in someone's safe.stay safe.
I don't think they've updated their website in a decade. All items are "price on request".
Make it in .45LC/.410, and I might be interested.....
Ooh, titanium! This actually looks kind of interesting. I wonder if it will ever make it to production.
A couple of years ago I actually checked with them on the price. They quoted $3500.
I was always pleasant, friendly and within arm's reach of a gun.
If government is the answer, it must have been a really, really, really stupid question.
THIS GUN COMES IN THE ORIGINAL BOX WITH THE FACTORY MANUEL,
that's painfull! here's a little double action derringer that i have admired. http://www.gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.aspx?Item=254590173 a little more than i would want to spend for 2 rounds, but nicely made.
Hey, I have something similar to this in my safe: the DA38 as made by American Derringer. It has a very low round count. Primarily since every time I fired it, I would open my eyes and peek at my hand to see if all the fingers were still there, or if I was spouting arterial blood.
Looking for something smaller in 50AE Skid?
Well, we couldn't call it a judge, or even a paralegal. Should we call it The Stenographer?
Can you get the muzzle-to-back-of-grips down to 2 1/2 inches with that?Need something that slips into a vest pocket - and you know the vests I mean.stay safe.
