Up until this event I thought the Republicans had a very slim chance of retaining the majority in the House.  Most likely, this nutjob has destroyed that slim chance.  Whatever number of emotion-based voters that were weakly leaning Republican are now firmly back in the Democrat camp, and the Democrats will definitely take the House.
