Title: Full faith and credit: CCW's versus State-level crimes
Post by: AZRedhawk44 on April 05, 2013, 01:35:45 PM
Would it be possible for a more freedom-oriented State to pass a law stating that all people convicted under:

1. XYZ's State laws prohibiting posession of magazines over X rounds
2. ABC's State laws prohibiting posession of such-and-such firearm
3. MNO's State laws prohibiting carrying of a concealed firearm
(and so on...)

Are not recognized as crimes in the freedom-oriented State, cannot be used as basis for employment discrimination, and are essentially non-crimes in the eyes of that State?

Just build up a State-by-State list of victimless so-called "gun" crimes and welcome those residents to move to your State by essentially expunging their criminal record by relocating.

Full faith and credit needs to start swinging both ways, methinks.

I like it

Call it "no faith or credit"
