I hung a similar sign in one of the kitchens/coffee-rooms at work, except I deliberately stained it with coffee, red sharpie for fake blood, and crumpled it up, and tore it a bit.

And then put a post-it with "5" on top of that.

It went unnoticed for 2 years.  =D

We have an electronic sign at work we were required to buy.  It keeps counting up each day with the number of days since the last injury.  It is 6000 and something now.
