I use the Classic YaBB SE Theme, and for me the following images are broken on all forum pages:

last post, sticky, shrink or expand header, reply with quote, powered by mysql, powered by PHP

I still can't get on at work.

I can connect with my desktop at home. I use a laptop at work, so I brought it home and I can connect, so the problem isn't resident on my laptop.

Work is not blocking APS.

Any ideas as to what is happening?
