This is a really good Thorium 101 article.  I am going to share this with my non-science trained friends to get them up to speed on the concept.

The (almost) complete lack of any serious push by the greens for 4th-5th gen "walk away safe" nuclear power plants is probably the #1 reason I'm convinced MMGW is mostly just a smokescreen for promoting leftism and a neo-Luddite agenda.

And on the chance MMGW is real, with serious deleterious effects for humanity and the environment, I'm of the mindset that it's THEIR fault for using it that way, to make others doubt it.
