Russian school shooting

At least 15 dead including 11 children , 24 injured. The dead reportedly include two security guards.
Occurred in Izhevsk
Shooter is reported dead and reportedly used two pistols and according to Russian media was wearing a tee shirt with a Nazi symbol.

I would not be at all surprised if this was a false flag by Putin.  Like the apartment bombings that brought him to power.

And I usually think false flag claims are bs.
