How do I eat Crawfish?

Bought 'em on a whim, and now I don't know what to do with 'em.  They've already been boiled in some kind of shrimp boil/seafood seasoning, and are now chilled back down...but what's good to eat and what's going to kill me?  Do I boil 'em back up, nuke 'em, or Huh?

I know that sounds silly, but SWMBO went out of town and I thought I'd go for something she'd want NO part of...
Ergo, crawfish, a few ears of corn, and abig ol' mess o' steak fries...

a quick and dirty on eating crawdads.

1. Order three to five pounds (per person) of fresh boiled crawfish.
2. (Optional) Put on a special bib to protect clothing. (This allows a little more freedom with the crawfish.)
3. Take a deep breath to enjoy the fullness of the aroma.
4. Grab the nearest crawfish off the pile.
5. Hold the crawfish with your left hand and gently twist off the tail.
6. Take the head and suck the hot, spicy juices out of it.
7. Squeeze your thumb and forefinger at the sides of the top of the tail, causing the shell to break.
8. Remove the meat and eat. Go to step 4 and repeat as often as you like.

Pull the head off.  Suck it dry.  Bite the tail and squeeze the meat into your piehole, using your teeth to squeeze it out like a tube of toothpaste.  MMMMM...mudbugs!

In actuality, the head sucking move is an option. But, if you want the whole experience, it should not be skipped.

Eating crawfish is an option, how you eat them isnt. Thats like cutting the crust off your sammiches.

this is how we do it here, probally not the norm....

1. consume too much alcohol
2. stumble over hill to nearest creek
3. get em boys!!!
4. stumble back up hill
5. cut beer can in half
6. boil mudbug in some beer over fire
7. eat up, anyway that you can....
