...We sue for the higher ground road.

The Obama's were denied a trademark for their company, Higher Ground productions, because it was too similar to another trademarked name. Their response? Sue the company with the similar name so that they can take it from them. Gotta steal that name so we can have our virtuous production company!

They should go after Taco Tuesday while they're at it.
