Interesting study. As I've slowly been going from 20/15 to old man vision over the years, I'll be following this. I'd have no problem setting aside a few minutes a day for light therapy.

I ordered this:

Will report back next week on results.

Searched 670 nm on Amazon and saw this. Never heard of red light therapy.

"It all reminds me of the X-ray shoe sizers that Thom McCann used to use, and the radioactive toothpaste that was sold in Germany... RadioAktiv Zondcreme."
Not to mention the wildly radioactive water urn, the Revigator.
Damned things are still so hot that they require special handling and disposal when they turn up.

Hmmm . . . beware of hairy eyeballs, since according to some TV infomercials laser light from the Capillus Laser Cap will regrow hair on your scalp.

Does it help that I use a red flashlight at night on my more and more frequent bathroom visits? :old:
I prefer red cars, too. Does that help? That said, I'm not that fond of redheads. =)

Well my days of taking you seriously are certainly coming to a middle.

Is it 670 nm? If it's 669 or 671, you're out of luck.

Fear not. You'll know when I'm being serious.
I will admit that my humor sometimes falls a little flat.

Redheads will sweet-talk you, and then try to kill you and your friends.
If they don't leave you in nekkid in the desert...

All those years of "rig for red" running at periscope depth at night....
-
670-671 whatever it takes.

I read almost every night with a red light- hope it works!
Really interesting.
