Title: Red Light to Preserve Your Eyesight
Post by: Ben on July 01, 2020, 03:20:47 PM: Interesting study. As I've slowly been going from 20/15 to old man vision over the years, I'll be following this. I'd have no problem setting aside a few minutes a day for light therapy.

I prefer red cars, too. Does that help? That said, I'm not that fond of redheads. =)
