The latest I heard was about some kids just a few miles away from me that were going around kicking in people's screen doors, just because TikTok told them to.
Glad our current domicile doesn't have a screen door in the front.

Yeah. Somebody with a twitter account wanna clue in the rest of us?

The usual suspects are playing a variety of Russian roulette that involves aiming at the others foot as well as betting fair amounts of cash. One particular slow learner enters round two with a freshly bandaged foot. He then earns another trip to the ER. No reason, how much cash you got WLJ?

"Yeah. Somebody with a twitter account wanna clue in the rest of us?"
Another Bogie non-information mystery post.

I'm going to work back-channel with 230RN to create AHOA.*

Very good !
AHOA. (Acronym Haters Of America.) =D
IJCSIAM!! I Just Can't Stand Independent Acronym Manufacturing [popcorn]
There's nothing inherently wrong with acronyms themselves. Even radar is an acronym which can be pronounced and has entered the language on its own as a legit word. And who can object to "light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation" becoming "laser"?
The seemingly compulsive overuse is what's objectionable.

That ... and tossing out bunches of random letters that mean something to the writer but whose meaning is unknown to a large percentage of the readership ... and then acting butt-hurt when someone responds, "Huh?"

Do the letters FO mean anything to you?

Yes. Have a snickers. But of course, that was "just a joke," right?

DILLIGAF?

Actually, neither do I.

Ask Burt Reynolds. He's the one who said that.
To Jackie Gleeson, IIRC.

Hopefully APS readers all understand TANSTAAFL.
But I've just about given up on the LGBTEIEIO crowd, I can never keep the meaning straight. I heard someone refer to them as "the alphabet people" and that's as good a term as any. (And they seem to like it, so maybe you won't get cancelled for using it. )

You're confused, just not in the same way.

Degenerate is an awesome word the negates the need for a vague, ever changing acronym

Sounds vaguely German, but isn't. From the writings of Robert A. Heinlein - There Ain't No Such Thing As A Free Lunch.

Edited to add, HankB and I posted almost the same thing at the same time.

I don't know, I didn't make it up, I just tried to put real words on the letter sequence. Search-engining it yielded nothing sensible. Doggy Daddy introduced it into the nonsense stream in Reply #7.
