Title: White House Fence Jumper Shot & Killed in Philly Courthouse

Attacked a deputy with a knife and was shot by another one.

Not that he didn't ask for it, but do the security cops generally carry tasers?

Maybe they do, but when: "Investigators told ABC 6 that Curtis Smith, 33, of Coatesville, entered the Chester County Justice Center in West Chester around 12 p.m. and attacked a sheriff’s deputy with a knife..." I think the situation has escalated past less-lethal response.

Completely dependent on the court, who runs the court security, and whatever the local rules are.

That idiot cheated the Reaper when he jumped the fence.  This is just Karma getting even.
