Sounds reasonable to me.Guilty of discharging a firearm within city limits I suppose but those other charges. What a crock.
He should be fined for being stupid - stupid should pay - but taking away his gun and facing 6 years in the can?
Felony possession of a firearm? Maybe he's a convicted felon - in which case he loses the gun and gets fined twice as much for being a stupid ex-criminal.
