Is APS on the same server as THR?

With the recent problems at THR I noticed that APS seemed to be down at the same time (when I bothered to check).

Just curious.

They are. At least they both resolve to the same IP address.

I think they are indeed on the same server.  The problems of late look to be somewhere outside the server though, since a trace route is failing somewhere in Atlanta's telecom network.
