Technical question about the ignore list

I want to add a second name to my ignore list ('cause I am oh so tired of Mrs. Smith always blabbering on about dumb girl stuff). I've tried this a couple of different ways, but no dice.

If anyone out there is not currently ignoring me, could you help me out?

If the unwelcome character is an apostrophe, try putting two of them in place of one.

If the user's name is "Fistful's Fault" then try entering "Fistful''s Fault."  That's two single apostrophes, not a double quote.

Dude, it is just cordex
All lower case, no invalid characters.

I do wonder if the various waves of renaming come into play at all.  If someone changes their name are they taken off the ignore list?
