Tech Help Please - Firefox Youtube Question
« on: January 19, 2007, 06:43:20 AM »
So I seem to be having this issue with Youtube that whenever I hit a Youtube link (e.g., the one in the "rabbit and snake" topic here), the link launches, but I just get a page of text code, not the video page. This is in Firefox 2.0. I just tried that same link with Firefox 1.5 here at work, and it loads the video page properly. If I actually go to the Youtube site and navigate to the video that was linked, it works fine in Firefox 2.0.

Any ideas??

No problem here, using Firefox 2 and all.

Ha! Found the problem. I'm running ZoneAlarm on the one computer. When I deactivated it, the page loaded up. It must look at the video links the same as banner ads or something.
