James Carville Speaks out on Democrats.

WOW !!!  Just WOW !!!

http://voices.yahoo.com/democrat-james-carville-says-80-democrats-dont-5311113.html

I'm not going to quote it as you have to read the quote for yourself.

But just WOW !!!!!!
Some days even my lucky rocketship underpants won't help.

Bring me my Broadsword and a clear understanding.
Get up to the roundhouse on the cliff-top standing.
Take women and children and bed them down.
Bless with a hard heart those that stand with me.
Bless the women and children who firm our hands.
Put our backs to the north wind.
Hold fast by the river.
Sweet memories to drive us on,
for the motherland.

I don't find a citation for that quote.

Carville is a very savvy political operative. I HIGHLY doubt he would have said anything like that publicly or to more than a single person privately.
I wish the Ring had never come to me. I wish none of this had happened.

So do all who live to see such times. But that is not for them to decide. All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given to us. There are other forces at work in this world, Frodo, besides the will of evil. Bilbo was meant to find the Ring. In which case, you also were meant to have it. And that is an encouraging thought

It is much more powerful to seek Truth for one's self.  Seeing and hearing that others seem to have found it can be a motivation.  With me, I was drawn because of much error and bad judgment on my part. Confronting one's own errors and bad judgment is a very life altering situation.  Confronting the errors and bad judgment of others is usually hypocrisy.

The Half Orc has been occasionally prone to hoof in mouth disease, but this doesn't strike me as his tone. Too articulate and not as colorful as I'd expect.

The first part shows up in nearly every quote site when I googled it, the rest shows up in at least a few.

No citations as to source though.
For the invisible things of him since the creation of the world are clearly seen, being perceived through the things that are made, even his everlasting power and divinity, that they may be without excuse. Because knowing God, they didn’t glorify him as God, and didn’t give thanks, but became vain in their reasoning, and their senseless heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools.

I'm skeptical.

Carville is worried and might vent spleen after some ethyl alcohol, but this is something I would have to see the tape on.

Carville is one of the few people on the planet I truly despise, but I can't disagree with his assessment, but I would say that assesment applies to the population in general, not just democrats. Cows indeed.

Coffee. Nose.  Keyboard.  You bastard!

Oh, and this topic can be revived when someone has a real citation for the carville quote.  That man is a lot of things, but dumb and senseless with is words ain't one.  I call bovine fecal exrement.
