Who knows...

You don't have to delete them though, just move them to another folder.  If you find you need them for something, put them back.

Sounds like a plan.  Maybe I can "sell" that idea to SWMBO as being necessary enough to do it instead of all the pre-spring yard work that's lined up for tomorrow.  ;/

One of the joys of having a high end gaming PC is that you don't have to worry about small things like fonts and crap. A few percent inefficiency is a drop in the bucket.

It's not a matter of worrying about it, but one of seeing how efficient you can make the system so you don't need a high end gaming machine to handle day to day tasks.

I am on the 20/5 fios with my g-based wifi and i get full speed on the speed test websites.

I don't know if the router supports draft-n, i can check when I get home today

I'm getting in the mid 18s and mid 3s to high 4s with my FIOS 20/5 over 802.11G.  I'm happy. :D

Verizon needs to get off their backsides and bring FIOS here.  They already have DSL, and the fiber upgrades are for the most part in place.

Then I wouldn't have to deal with Charter's 10Mbps cable service, which drops out way too often around here.
