My wife brought home a bottle of Glogg which is a Swedish drink mix. you can add it to hot water or to the alcohol of your choice.

Anyone here ever try the stuff? I'd like to know what I'm about to get into.

Okay, it's good stuff. Don't know if a steady diet of it is called for but I'll finish the bottle.

OK, I can't stand the suspense anymore. What is it made of? What does it taste like? Any effects? It sounds like something from science fiction, and green.

Lady Smith,

It itself contains no alcohol. It is a collection of spices and fruits that is condensed into a liquid.

Tasted fine, nothing special though. I don't see why it is a such a big tradition in Swedeland.
