anyone know anything about cheap trackers?

i would like to get something at a best buy or a walmart, not something in the mail.
innocuous, something i can toss in the back of a backpack or even in a pocket.

anyone have used one before?

Okay, I'll admit my ignorance and ask.

What's a tracker? To me that connotes an Apache hunter.
