That's also pretty high on the 'didn't need to know' factor.
A plan is just a list of things that doesn't happen.
Is defenestration possible through the overton window?

Jobs must be hard to find in VN.

Dad, what did you do during the great Covid pandemic? Well son because of everyone staying home a new business was born, recycling used condoms. I was the head condom washer. It put food on the table.  =|

Makes me wonder what the supply chain was like.  "Just In Time?"

WHATEVER YOUR DEFINITION OF "INFRINGE " IS, YOU SHOULDN'T BE DOING IT.

If you buy unlabeled, unsealed condoms in a plastic bag from a street market in Vietnam, you deserve what you get.

That said, I do have to wonder though if this is one of those cases where richer countries have a lot of stuff that poorer folks don't, so we don't understand necessity pushing something.  I mean yeah, eww, and "washed"=/=disinfected, but in pure probabilities is a reused condom worse then no condom?  If you just can't get newly manufactured sterile sealed rubbers and are, for example, a sex worker in Vietnam, which is the greater risk, used or bareback?

"If you buy unlabeled, unsealed condoms in a plastic bag..."

I thought the bags were stapled shut.

But you're right about "making do" in some areas, dogmush.
