Not a fan of officer firing from a moving platform, at a moving target, in the middle of a residential neighborhood, with lots of other vehicles, pedestrians, etc around. Even worse, shooting through an obstacle that due to the angle *will* deflect the shot in some direction. If I were part of the internal review board for that dept, I'd play him the video, and after every shot, I'd pause the video and ask him specifically what/where that round impacted.
