It's over.

For all practical considerations, the war is Afghanistan should be ended as soon as possible.

Obama refuses to fight it, the ROE are impossible, the natives refuse to help, the media is against it, and now the final, most important verdict (at least according the Times Online--link at bottom) is in: morale is plummeting and the troops are becoming frustrated.
