Blood/gore effects rival that of Army of Darkness. Villainous behavior so over the top it would make Hannibal Lecter, Magneto and Butcho team up to take these bad guys down.
And it even had a hot-chick-welding-montage.

Wow, that was the bloodiest movie I've seen since The Story of Riki.
