I've never heard of MAGA Midge before, but you can see Fleccas there in the room. He's a guy that interviews Lefties at protests, and posts video of them saying stupid or horrible things. If you mean, who's funding them, or who do they work for? I don't know. Could be PJ Media, maybe.
To me, the actors' ad libs seem rehearsed. Doesn't mean it's all fake, I guess. Could just mean they did a second take, after the actors had already had a chance to read the stuff, and react to it.
