Hello there all.

I've been living in Beijing for the last 13 months.  My legal USA residence is NYC, has been for some time.

Legally, my tax situation is that I must pay local, city, state, federal taxes where I last lived and filed.

My question is:

Even on a county by county basis, the NYC tax dollars are supporting some "so called individuals" this is tiring.

what is the excuse of my welfare to you?  Please pay your own bills.
