Actually there are any number of replica testicles available for implant into folks that have had testicles removed for cancer or any number of other illnesses or ailments.

The Asheville, NC, news had a story on the 6:00 broadcast last night showing video of the accused in orange jumpsuits and handcuffs. A very, uhm, odd looking trio. I don't know how the talking head got through the story without breaking up.
