Anyone Heard of "CYLC" - Congressional Youth Leadership Council?

It's some type of orgainization that invites young "bright" students for a 2-week trip to Washington, etc. It seems to have some affiliation with the World Bank.

Does anyone know anything about this organization?

They have sub-organizations, called:

GYLC - Global Young Leaders Conference

NYLC - National Young Leaders Conference

...along with some others.

I know someone that has been invited to come to the GYLC - Global Young Leaders Conference and am looking into the organization. So far, I'm a bit skeptical about what the students are to be exposed to, during their "conference".
