Francis Scott Key mall goes after shopkeeper who sells custom T-shirts that say "Maryland stands with Arizona," with the two state flags crossed on the front of it.

That's the entire content of the shirt.

They send him a cease and desist letter, saying he can't sell them any more because they are racist, offensive and contribute to a harassing atmosphere in the mall.

He tells 'em to eff off.

His store is right next to Spencer Gifts.  Those septigenarians here who are unfamiliar with Spencer Gifts... typical retail fodder there includes girly posters, cheap "costumes" that are closer to lingerie, various tasteless jokes and gag gifts, and a whole bunch of non-erotica that's just in poor taste.  And lots of neon crap.

Store keeper wins, once the story hits the wire.  They backpedal like mad.
