IIRC, he was married to Barbara Bain, his co-star on both Mission: Impossible and Space 1999.

A very capable actor, especially in his role of Rollin Hand in  M.I.

R.I.P.

the cult worshiping dead actors is well represented.  You can see them all, over and over, on Netflix.

I used to look forward to watching Space 1999 when I was teen in the late 1970s.  Even had a die-cast toy of the Eagle spacecraft.  I recently gave it another go on Netflix/Hulu.  I could not get past the first 10 minutes. :'(

For me, Mr. Landau will always be Leonard from North by Northwest.
