http://deadline.com/2018/05/donald-trump-american-hostages-north-korea-release-kim-jong-un-mike-pompeo-flying-home-1202386075/
President Donald Trump tweeted this morning the three remaining American citizens held captive in North Korea have been freed and are flying back to the United States with Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. The release is being billed a a goodwill gesture by North Korea in advance of ruler Kim Jong Un’s meeting with Trump.
Maybe we don't get denukularization of the peninsula, or an end of the war, but this is good to see.
I sure hope Mike Pompeo doesn't denigrate the former hostages' religion, or deny them gay rights.

I'm sure that the left will find some way to turn this into a negative against Trump. In the most vile possible terms.

Already has....well at least against Pompeo.

As the New York Times was bashing Mike Pompeo for being missing in action while President Trump tore up the Iran nuclear deal, it turned out the secretary of state was busy rescuing three Americans who have been held captive in North Korea.
In an apparent jab at the administration, The Times’ headline said, “At a Key Moment, Trump’s Top Diplomat Is Again Thousands of Miles Away.”
The Times’ story noted that “Senior State Department officials were momentarily speechless on Tuesday when asked why Mr. Pompeo did not delay his trip by a day to be in Washington during Mr. Trump’s Iran deal announcement.”

The US Ninth Circuit Court will decide to send them back.

The US Ninth Circuit Court will decide to send them back.
Either that or the judge in Hawaii will insist they go back for the fatal torture that the previous hostage received in the name of fairness
-
Is Pompeo russin' them home? Because that might cause an investigation!

The US Ninth Circuit Court will decide to send them back.
That is awesome.
I wonder how much these guys have heard about the outside world. I heard one of them has been in solitary for the past few years.
1. That Apprentice guy is president.
2. Bill Cosby is a serial rapist, but so is everyone else.
3. Black people can be Republicans now.
4. Robot cars drive you to robo-McDonalds.
5. Facebook now warns you of the crimes of Emmanuel Goldstein.
6. We have 186 genders now. Ask Facebook which one you are.
7. Roseanne is the most popular TV show.
8. The Cubs won the World Series.
9. The NRA is now flying jets into sky-scrapers.
10. Teenagers have emerged as our infallible political guides.

Either turn it against him, and if they can't do that simply deny Trump having any involvement with it like they did with the basketball players caught shoplifting in China, or the current situation with North Korea.

The President of the United States is now #literallyHitler

I've heard a couple of radio talkers praise Trump for getting the men back in country as soon as possible, with the implication being that other presidents might have delayed their arrival, to a more media-friendly time of day. I don't know if that's true, but I suppose it's not far-fetched.
CNN wants to talk about Trump using all of this for campaign ads, and to distract from the "scandals." I wonder if they said that kind of thing when Bin Laden was snuffed.
