report on snorting turd gas
http://www.thesmokinggun.com/archive/years/2007/1105072jenkem1.html
NOVEMBER 5--We're not sure what they're inhaling down in Collier County, Florida, but here's the bizarre "information bulletin" prepared by the local sheriff's intelligence bureau about a purported "new drug" favored by the kids. It's an inhalant called "Jenkem," and causes hallucinations and a "euphoric high." Of course, as the bulletin notes, Jenkem users dislike its sewagey taste, which can last for days. That's because Jenkem's active ingredients are urine and fecal matter, hence its street names like "Butthash" and "Fruit from Crack Pipe." Click here to see a video report on Jenkem, via Breitbart.tv. We've tried to speak with the bulletin's author, Lieutenant Al Ganich, but he has not returned TSG calls. Perhaps he's realized that his "CONFIDENTIAL" September 26 report--which is authentic, according to a sheriff's official--may be itself full of *expletive deleted*it. Ganich's alert reminds us of a New York Fire Department memo from a chief who also apparently never heard of snopes.com. (1 page)

Simple solution: pass a law making it illegal. That should fix those pesky kids.
On a unrelated topic, why is "PWND" used as "OWNED?"

Has to do with common misstypings while typing fast in games or online forums.

Yes, I read the article and the link to Snopes. Yes, I know it's urban legend.
The smiley face I added at the end of my first sentence was intended to show sarcasm, both in regard to the legend of huffing methane, and the fact that the first response of people who wish to control other people is often along the lines of, "There ought to be a law...!"
Granted, one smiley face has a difficult time conveying all of that, but I didn't think that two smiley faces would have been better.

IIRC, in the original Warcraft, it was a typo that was in one the game messages used in Multiplayer (Either Warcraft 1 or 2, not *sure*... but one of them.)
It caught on and hasn't let go since.

The sad thing is, there's probably gonna be some retards that run out and try this.

Good!

Hopefully. I call it natural selection at work.

I have a tendency to visually not see smiley faces, I think I might have some sort of Irwinian syndrome.

Irwinitus?
Irwintitus? (A, B, or C?)
-
I wonder if you can get high huffing fermenting sauerkraut gas?
-
I think I might have some sort of Irwinian syndrome.
Penicillin will help that. Or so I hear.

Dude don't let that get out... might be a run on Frank's before they Reid, Pelosi, Boxer, Feinstein or Schumer tries to get legislation passed to outlaw it.
Sauerkraut fumes makes the pecker hard.

I think we've just found the cause of Irwinitus.

The problem with substance abuse is that too many people survive it. Today's toluene sniffer is tomorrow's Democrat congressman of your district. What we need is a highly addictive, easy-to-make drug with mortality half-life of several dozen doses. It will markedly improve our country over the long run.

its called meth

its called meth
It does not kill fast enough (unless the meth lab explodes). It does irreversible damage to mind and body, but then they get saved by incarceration, while we the taxpayers pay the bills.
What I would do is legalize narcotics and euthanasia, but limit them to taxed "happy parlors". People that hate life so much that they would treat themselves that way should be let off the hook before they drag others down with them as well. Consider it a societal safety valve. Besides, it will make money instead of spending money, as well as remove THE major source of funding to organized crime. It's a no-brainer. Interestingly, it is not done.

Urban legend or not, that is friggin' disgusting.
-
Does it also give you a shitty disposition?
I would imagine it would give you bad breath!

It was all a hoax. but judging by the people on that site they probably have actually done worse things than that.

Do a YouTube search for Leroy Jenkins. You may not get it if you're not a gamer, but it's still pretty funny.

I should have closed this one weeks ago...

yep....

Yea, it's too shitty to leave open.
-
I wonder what actual "Jenkem" is composed of. I would assume a high methane content and some ammonia, but what else?
-
I've heard it's a pretty crappy high...
-
Closed because this one has fermented enough.
