Have any of you (that have one) renewed your Utah permit using the online process? They let you submit a passport quality photo electronically.
I found nothing in the instructions regarding size of the photo or anything. Can I just use a phone passport app or whatever and submit that file and they resize to what they need, or do I have to ensure it's a specific size?
