I work in management at a union company (UPS).  I have but one thing to say about unions:  F#*k em.  Fortunately, the union steward is a stand up guy.  Most of the senior guys all have the attitude that because they have seniority, they get to do the easier jobs.  They don't like me so much anymore.  They make the most money, they do the most work.  The best part is that I now have a center manager that will back me up, unlike the scumbag previous manager.
Oh, Lord, please let me be as sanctimonious and self-righteous as those around me, so that I may fit in.
