what do you call this?
« on: May 10, 2014, 08:23:42 PM »
i'm looking for a garden hose nozzle that will allow me to siphon an antifungal liquid and shoot it out the nozzle with a decent stream.  i've googled siphon nozzle, and some others, but the only attachments i'm seeing are either for an airhose or for fertilizer with a shower nozzle.  any thoughts?

Do you know the mix of antifungal premix solution to water?

No reason why you can't use a fertilizer spray that has adjustable mix rate on it.

Are you spraying strawberries or something?

40 to 1.   it's for mildew on a 2 story house.

What about this?

that may work, although I was hoping to find something with a hose to put in a gallon container.

Most garden centers have hose-end containers that do what you're looking to do, except capacity is usually around a quart - and it's getting hard to find those which will give you a stream with some distance. I have one of these and it works OK - I use it on my trees - but it may have been discontinued . . . like so many other products that actually do what they're supposed to.

tsp is a good cleaner, but i will be using it on the facia and soffits and am concerned about the aluminum gutters depending on the concentration.

Have you thought about using a ladder and pump up garden sprayer. Should keep the overspray down to a minimum and you won't kill as much beneficial fungi in the soil and on plants around your house.
