I'm wondering the same thing.
All in all, it turns out that this was apparently a VERY bad miscue by the Attorney General, and he's been spanked for it.
I'm going to close this thread now before it spirals any farther away from reality and into the twilight zone of rampant speculation.
Generally a very good thread, though.
