I don't think I've ever drank any wine that was more than around $25-$30 a bottle. I thought it was pretty good stuff.

I once had a glass from a $500 bottle of wine.  It was just a little bit better than the stuff I'm used to drinking.  If money were no object, then I might prefer the more expensive stuff. 

As it is, I'd rather have a new rifle, or make an extra mortgage payment.

I've had wine that retailed for up to $200/bottle.  I could tell the difference even compared to $70 wine, which was noticably better than $30 wine.
