Good gun deal?
« on: August 20, 2011, 12:06:42 PM »
I saw a FEG Hi-Power clone in very nice condition offered for $300. I don't know a whole lot about them. Should I jump on it?

This is the exact HP clone, not the one with S&W bits grafted on.

FEG's are good clones made on original HP machinery bought from FN. Finish is a little rough, but the gun works.

$300 sounds good....if you can bargain them down with cash in hand, even better....

Interwebz gunforum consensus over the years has been positive, that I have noticed.

I remember them selling for less, back a few years.  But, weren't they all.

I have a FAL from a kit I bought for $110. Don't that just bring a tear to your eye?
