I like trees.  Keep planting them.  We're losing ash trees here in Michigan.  The Ash Borer is causing them to be cut down.

I had planted a funny looking twisted evergreen in 1984.  It was about a foot tall.  I dug it up out in the Manistee National Forest about a half mile from us.  I transplanted it a couple times around the yard, eventually out by the road.  Unfortunately, it got so tall, about 25 feet, it got up in the power lines.  I wish I had a photo of it.  It was really weird looking.  I had to finally cut it down.
