He’s gonna be fired quick. Obviously a thing where people grossly mutilate themselves then commit suicide at an extremely high rate in regret is a healthy happy mentally stable movement

Only distantly related, but similar in that it implies sexual urges are mental your choices can affect them.  I was never able to find a video of Milo talking about this himself.

It's called ''sexual disphoria,"  IIRC  and it is considered a psychiatric problem.
