Ward's family still plans to file a civil lawsuit against Stewart. I don't like Stewart, but I'd sure like to sit on that jury. Dumbass kid goes out on a race track under the influence of marijuana, wrecks, then goes walkabout in the middle of the track instead of staying in or with his vehicle until track workers could get to him

A whole new answer to the age old question: "How dumb can one person be?"

I would hope Stewart doesn't settle and forces them to trial.

Only two defining forces have ever offered to die for you, Jesus Christ and the American Soldier.  One died for your soul, the other for your freedom.

The dead guy made the local sprint car circuit here. He had a rep for being a major hothead and trouble maker. Liked to start fights in the pits for the slightest perceived infraction.
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.

I don't think the pot use was really a factor in this.

I'm trying to figure out if that's for serious. You base all of your arguments on multiple internet sources.  ???

Probably not, it's just icing on the cake of my impression of the dead guy.
That is all. *expletive deleted*ck you all, eat *expletive deleted*it, and die in a fire. I have considered writing here a long parting section dedicated to each poster, but I have decided, at length, against it. *expletive deleted*ck you all and Hail Satan.

Probably not, but the attitude that would lead someone to enter a race while stoned is certainly a factor.
