GM 6.5 Diesel

Anyone have experience, good or bad, with these engines?
I've heard to avoid the 6.2 like the plague, but what of the 6.5?

FWIW, I heard just about the opposite WRT the 6.2 & 6.5.  Specifically, that the early 6.5s were problems.  Alos, that he injector pump is a bot of a problem child in the 6.5.
