Seems they've got some pretty good working ideas.

Of course, if this is like stealth technology, they've already mastered it years ago and we the public are just finding out about the tech now.

I saw a clip on the news about that tonight.  It showed a guy walking towards the camera holding a "cloak" in front of him.  It wasn't even close to "invisibility", the "cloak" was a large blur with a dark shape behind it.
