Actually, SCOTUS has only said "you have a right to own a gun....what that actually means will be determined later by the courts".......
....this is a good way to make later sooner......
No, they said you have a right to keep
and bear a firearm in functional (loaded and unlocked) condition for self-defense, and that that right is particularly
acute in the home.
They also said that some traditional restrictions, on felon possession, concealed (and concealed only mind you) carry, carry in "sensitive places", and other such time, place, and manner restrictions
may be Constitutional.
Don't buy into the utterly incorrect reading of the text of the ruling as written claimed by anti's and used by some of the Circuits.
