I doubt the federales would block his IP.  So why would a commercial firm go to he trouble of messing with him?  Still no word of visit from friendly three letter agencies.
"Men, it has been well said, think in herds. It will be seen that they go mad in herds, while they only recover their senses slowly, and one by one."
- Charles Mackay, Scottish journalist, circa 1841

"Our society is run by insane people for insane objectives. I think we're being run by maniacs for maniacal ends and I think I'm liable to be put away as insane for expressing that. That's what's insane about it." - John Lennon

But he thinks the government has found him and is now blocking him.

Riiight.  Like the customer I had this week who was just sure his upstairs neighbor was listening to him ("with the ear things like doctors use.  There!  You hear that?!" (vague rustling from upstairs)) and spying on him through his computer.

I wonder if this guy exists at all.
In thy presence is fulness of joy.
At thy right hand pleasures for evermore.

Blocked by an anti-gun public wifi provider?
