Post by: Jocassee on August 06, 2011, 12:25:40 PM
Tiny village in Russia, far from apathetic police presence, defends aginst drug traders with whatever is handy.

I'm tempted to mail them some Gadsden flags in Russian.

Great story.

There is even a T-shirt honoring the town’s signal event: “If the government can’t help people,” it reads, “It doesn’t have the right to forbid them from defending themselves — Sagra 2011.”
RKBA comes to Russia. Excellent news.

Ah, the story of Sagra reaches America.

Fact: there is one registered shotgun in Sagra.

Fact: At least three people were firing guns at the invaders.

Fact: The police are for some reason forgetting to investigate this fact. ;)

It's "no hablo".  No habla means "he doesn't speak" which would mean you were talking about yourself in the third person....

She's still alive after that anticorruption work she was doing a couple years back?  Very impressive.  Figured she would be taking a dirt nap by now.

Didn't she and that other attorney do some investigative work on some of Putin's cronies?

Hell knows. You're probably meaning Navalny. And his blonde lawyer lady assistant. And his demolitions-expert attorney assitant.

The squirrel does not know what you mean.

"Hablo" is the first-person conjugate of the verb hablar, which means "to speak".
"Hablo" means "I speak".

"Habla" is the third-person conjugate of hablar, and means "he/she/it speaks."

This sounds like the setup to a TV show.

And you mean to tell us you KNEW about Sagra but witheld this news?

If it's Russia, assume MB knows it.

Uhm, if there is an attractive Russian lady involved, I certainly hope I know about it in short order!      =D
