Geek help - Blog set-up

I'm setting up a blog on Google and am having problems setting up the facebook "like" button. See how to do it on the facebook side (yes I created a matching page on FB), but can't figure out how to add it to the blog side.

Also have questions about tags/key words and how to display posts other than just by date.

Why can't anything be simple?
