Ain't near enough. There needs to be criminal prosecution. I think a fitting punishment for those involved would be for them to live as they forced the disabled men to live, including the physical abuse, for the rest of their life.

Here's hoping the victims of this actually get their settlement, rather than the courts saying "You get X", from a company with no assets.

Working conditions and other stuff are already covered also. Enforcement is rarely addressed very well by politicians.

It's interesting that about a hundred years ago the US gov was sending out the military to protect the right of corporations to treat people like that ;/
